Prior to founding Bid Perfect, Marcus was Commercial Director for Office Depot in the UK and Ireland. This, along with his previous positions at companies such as Corporate Express (Director of Global Bids) and Xerox (Sales Director - Local Government) allowed him to develop his outstanding, competitive bid writing skills and win many large national and international contracts.
Marcus is a highly regarded and sought after speaker on the subject of bids and tenders and he has delivered our training courses throughout the UK and Europe. He is also the author of the book 'Charlie Watts and the Rip in Time' - a successful book for young adults - and lives on the south coast where he enjoys golf, chess, and amateur archaeology.
Director and Consultant
Neal Basson
Neal looks after some of our larger clients and is a first class sales and bids consultant. His background is in high end capital equipment, IT hardware and software as well as office supplies.
He has been writing, managing and directing winning bid submissions in the UK and across Europe for more than a decade and can demonstrate some spectacular wins in the blue-chip and major corporate sectors. However, that does not mean that Neal cannot demonstrate empathy with smaller and medium sized companies. Neal's knowledge of the mechanics of sales techniques, coupled with his unerring eye for a winning bid makes him a valuable member of the Bid Perfect team.
Director - Talent Acquisition
Linda Eden-Ellis
Linda is Bid Perfect's Director of Talent Acquisition and works with our clients to deliver a personal and high quality service. We provide carefully vetted and selected interim bid professionals to help our clients when extra resource is required as well as finding exceptional candidates for permanent positions.
Linda's background is entirely in Talent Acquistion and she has worked across many sectors, securing the right people at the right price (which is the price you want to pay). Linda can secure ad hoc help for a short term position or, at the other end of the scale, she will head hunt the right candidate for a permanent senior role.
Once you have given your brief to Linda, she will work with her team to get you the person you want, quickly, efficiently and within your budget.
Associate Director
Rosanna Olivia
Rosie is an accomplished producer of feature films, short films and corporates. She has successfully worked on major projects for some of the most well-known production companies, including Working Title and Universal Pictures. Her experience, understanding and industry network are exceptional and make her the ideal person to be heading up Perfect Media.
Rosie joined Perfect Media with a specific brief to merge the media requirements of the corporate world with the aesthetic and creative integrity of high end film production. Your media projects will be in very safe and capable hands under Rosie’s guidance.
Digital Development Director
Neil Buirski
Neil is the Digital Development Director of Bid Perfect. Since joining Bid Perfect he has focused on developing our fantastic interactive e-learning solutions which have been delivered to customers all over the world.
Over a career that spans more than 20 years in e-learning, Neil has worked on large scale solutions with clients that include Unilever, Ben & Jerry’s, Arqiva, Credit Suisse and Airwave Solutions.
Neil is also the Founder and Director of Yard Partners, a company closely associated with Bid Perfect. Prior to that he was Chief Operating Officer of emagazineshop.com. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Dundee University and has an exceptional mind when it comes to engineering online training solutions.
In his spare time he can(not) be found playing golf or watching rugby.
